Location

The Start and Finish will be at GlaxoSmithKline, 7333 Mississauga Road, Mississauga.

Day-of Registration

Cyclists need to arrive one hour before their scheduled wave departure in order to get through the registration process and instructions. Each cyclist will be required to sign waiver forms and pick up their cycling kit. Breakfast snacks will be provided during registration.

Waivers

Please download these two waivers, sign and date them and bring them with you on the day of the event. Having the waivers ahead of time will speed up your registration process.

Helmets

Helmets are mandatory for every cyclist. Without them, cyclists cannot participate in the event. Some helmets are available for rental on the day of the ride.
A cash $50 deposit is required when picking up a rental helmet. When the helmet is returned undamaged, $40 is reimbursed to the rider. If the helmet is damaged there will be no reimbursement.

Photography

Each route will have a photographer taking pictures of all the cyclists. These pictures will be posted on our website a few weeks after the event.
