After spending many years in Halton Region, we are excited to be developing all new routes just north of Brampton. All routes will leave from the Brampton Fall Fair Grounds (12942 Heart Lake Road, Caledon, ON L76 2J3) at the south-west corner of Heart Lake Road and Old School Road. This location is 2 minutes from Hwy 410 and Mayfield Road.

Online Registration

The Early Bird registration fees, up until the end of February, are $60 for adults and $40 for children under the age of 18. The regular registration fees (March 1 to May 31) are $65 for adults and $45 for children. The late registration fees (June 1 to June 18) are $70 for adults and $50 for children. The fee for Sidekicks is $30, regardless of when registration is completed. These non-refundable fees cover some of the operating expenses of the ride.

The deadline for online registration is Thursday, June 18, 2015 at midnight. Anyone who wishes to register after that date can register at the event.

Hotel Accommodations

For those of you who are coming from out-of-town, we have arranged a block of rooms at a special rate of $95 at the Courtyard Marriott Brampton (90 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton). Day-of Registration

Day-of registration of riders is accepted, provided that the cyclist pays an $80 registration fee ($60 for children) and has brought to the event the minimum fundraising donations required to participate.

Cyclists should arrive one hour before their scheduled starting time in order to get through the registration process and instructions.

Bike Rentals with Exclusive Sport Rentals

Bike rentals will be provided by Exclusive Sport Rentals, which will offer a 30% discount on their regular rental rates to all Healing Cycle participants. They will provide their bike rentals on location on the day of the ride. However, you must arrange bike rentals before the event. Breakfast snacks will be provided during registration.


Every cyclist will receive a lunch as part of the post-ride celebrations. For further information refer to the Post-Ride Festivities.

Helmets are mandatory for every cyclist. Without them, cyclists cannot participate in the event. Some helmets are available for purchase of $50 the day of the ride if you forget your helmet.

Each route will have a photographer taking pictures of the cyclists. Photographers will also be located at the start / finish line and at the BBQ Bash festivities. Teams are encouraged to approach photographers and ask for team pictures to be taken. These pictures will be posted on our website a few weeks after the event.
