Ride Schedule
Two Rides Each Week
The Healing Cycle Bike Club season runs from May 6, 2012 to Sunday September 9, 2012. Rides take place every Tuesday and Sunday.
For those serious cyclists who want to train for the 100km or 160km distances of the Healing Cycle charity ride June 24, 2012 there are additional Sunday training rides available starting March 25, 2012. Informal rides are sometimes organized via e-mail throughout the week.
Riders can choose either a short or long ride, depending on fitness and experience.
Rides will range from 1 – 6 hours covering:
Both short and long rides will increase in length as the season progresses.
Tuesday rides start at 9:30 AM.
Sunday rides start times vary between 8:30 am - 10:00 am depending on the time of year (see schedule).
Ride pace, distance and division of groups will be determined by Ride Leaders at the start of each ride.
